| The UEC is a small group of guilds that has come together in order to pursue end-game content without sacrificing our individual guild identities. A main tenet of our alliance is the pursuit of fun and advancement though the end-game with minimal drama.
The following are the active guilds in the UEC:
Dragoons of Gaia MadCrazySkills No Pirates With No Pants Servants of Lloth
The UEC is run through a council system. Each guild nominates a member(s) to be in the council. Majority rules for all decisions made by the UEC council.
We choose to keep ourselves small. We are a tight group of players who have been working together for almost 3 years and are always looking to bolster our numbers with more exceptional players. Our primary raiding days (25-man) are currently Thursday and Saturday from about 6-9pm. There may be other raids scheduled throughout the week depending upon player availability. Applicants should have a desire to explore new content, proficiency at playing their characters in new environments and a mature (even wacky) sense of humor. Above all, we are interested in people who can effectively communicate and can take and give respect for all members appropriately.
While gear is an asset in progression it is not a requirement for consideration. The primary factor when determining a successful applicant will be how well the applicant's personality and behavior fits in with our existing organization. Individuals must demonstrate a high level of maturity and a good fit with our existing guilds to be considered.
So far in WOTLK we have cleared 25: Naxx, Malygos, Sartharion +2, 13 bosses in Ulduar, and ToC; 10: Naxx, Malygos, Sartharion +3, Ulduar, ToC, and heroic ToC. Our goal is to continue to progress into existing content and anything else that comes along. In BC, we cleared everything but Sunwell. In classic, we cleared everything but Naxx and the last 2 bosses in BWL.
If you are an individual and the UEC sounds like the right place for you, the best way in is to join an existing UEC guild or create your own guild and apply.
Misc. info: - We do not require attendance to all scheduled raids, however we are looking for consistent raiders. - We require Ventrilo, DeadlyBossMods and OMEN in order to raid. - Members are expected to seek out as much appropriate gear as possible to enhance their characters on their own time.
Points of contact: Luthais
(Or ask anyone in the above guilds for an alternate contact.)
Thank you for your interest and we look forward to talking with you in game! | |

| As far as I know, Dori told you to join the in-game channels. From there, you can get to know people and do dungeons and raids. Then you can get on the raid force waiting list and fill in spots when needed and do 10mans where you will be evaluated for the raid force. We don't really have a very complex system, it's pretty casual. Also, I am slow. | |
